A resident of Krasnodar, lawyer Evgenia Tutushkina, reported being fined 30,000 rubles. The reason was posting an advertisement for a hotel on the social network Instagram, access to which is restricted in Russia. She shared her story with the publication RBC and also with the Telegram channels Mash and SHOT.

As Tutushkina explained, she posted a video on Instagram presenting an advertising review of a hotel located in the Krasnodar region. The video description included a promo code containing her last name.

"Honestly, I felt very sorry for the hotel because it truly deserves attention. I offered to make a reel and share information about this wonderful place. To attract guests, I asked them to provide a link offering a discount on accommodation," the lawyer explained.
