A criminal case on preparing a terrorist attack has been opened in the Kaliningrad region against 19-year-old student Timur Strizhakov from Zelenogradsk. The information appeared on the website of the Baltic Fleet Military Court, as noted by Mediazona.
The published materials do not specify what actions investigators attribute to Strizhakov. It is only known that his case reached the court on July 17.
