Ukrainian detainees previously held in basement facilities near the Verkhny Lars border crossing between Russia and Georgia were relocated due to a landslide, according to Nova-Europe. The evacuees reported experiencing physical force from border guards and being denied food supplies.

One evacuee stated they were transported on three buses during the night, though their destination remains unclear. Due to overcrowding, many were forced to stand or sit on the floor for hours.

"There's no food available—not even the chance to purchase any. Volunteers tried to assist but were prevented. The guards avoid communication entirely, intimidating us with weapons," a source told Nova-Europe.
