Russia's Investigative Committee has launched a criminal investigation into alleged fraud and money laundering involving 2.4 billion rubles, targeting executives of Piket Group of Companies. The case stems from accusations that the company provided defective body armor to Russian military forces, according to a report by Kommersant newspaper.
