A journalist from SOTAvision was sentenced to 13 days of arrest. The reason was that she filmed an activist jumping from the "Nemtsov Bridge" into the Moskva River with a poster that read "Putin — Hitler."

The Tverskoy District Court sentenced Sotavision journalist Veronika Orlova to 13 days in a special detention center for refusing to comply with law enforcement demands (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code), reports Mediazona.

According to case materials, Orlova’s detention occurred on May 6 at 8:20 a.m. on Karamyshevskaya Embankment. She was taken to a police station to file a report under the article on violating rules for holding public events. However, according to the court, at 8:45 a.m. while entering the Kitay-Gorod police station, the journalist allegedly resisted.
