In the capital of Russia, on the country's main square — Red Square, a ceremonial parade took place in honor of Victory Day.

A grand parade dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War took place on Red Square in Moscow. The event involved over 11,000 military personnel and 130 pieces of military equipment. The parade was reviewed by Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov, who appeared in civilian attire.
