In the video footage of the award ceremony for 17-year-old Adam Kadyrov, the son of the head of Chechnya, where he received a commemorative medal for the 25th anniversary of the OMON "Akhmat-Grozny," an unusual detail was noticed: the Russian coat of arms was missing crosses. As pointed out by Z-blogger Kirill Fedorov, the crosses were absent on the three crowns and the scepter. The blogger demanded that those responsible for using the "distorted" version of the state emblem be held accountable.
