The Chertanovsky District Court of Moscow has ruled to arrest blogger Huseyn Gasanov in absentia. The decision was based on a criminal case under Article 174.4 of the Russian Criminal Code (money laundering of illegally obtained funds), as reported by the TASS news agency.
According to information posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Gasanov has also been declared wanted in connection with the criminal case.
