According to Virstka, this information comes from both the young man's associates and Ukrainian military sources.
"Wrap" reports that Ukraine has handed over to Russian authorities a student from Chuvashia who allegedly intended to enlist with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Following his extradition, Russian officials detained him on terrorism-related charges.
