A multi-story building in Saratov suffered a partial collapse at its entrance, resulting in fatalities and injuries. Rescue efforts continue as some individuals remain trapped beneath the debris.

An explosion in Saratov caused the collapse of the fifth entrance (a corner section) in a ten-story residential building located at 2 Blinova Street. Regional Governor Roman Busargin and the Ministry of Emergency Situations report six fatalities and 15 injuries in the incident.

Emergency services stated the blast occurred at approximately 11:00 AM, impacting floors seven through ten. However, TASS, citing an operational services source, reported the collapse extended from the first to the tenth floor. The same source indicated over 30 apartments sustained significant damage or were entirely destroyed.
