The court in Rodniki (Ivanovo Oblast), at the request of the Russian Prosecutor General's Office, ruled to confiscate half of the shares of the company "Rizhsky Khleb" (Riga Bread) in favor of the state. This information was published by the newspaper *Kommersant*.

The financial valuation of the seized assets amounts to 1.7 billion rubles.

Simultaneously, an association of bakers who owned these shares has been declared an extremist group in Russia. It includes Latvian citizen Normunds Bomis and Ukrainian citizen Tatyana Prikhodko, as well as firms under their control from Latvia and Ukraine, including the Riga-based fund Ziedot.

According to law enforcement, Bomis and Prikhodko directed income from their stakes in "Rizhsky Khleb" to finance the Ukrainian battalions "Azov" and "Aidar," which are recognized as terrorist organizations in Russia. Bomis is also accused of urging EU citizens to donate funds in support of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU), while Prikhodko is charged with distributing materials "discrediting" Russian authorities and armed forces.

The Prosecutor General's Office stated that these entrepreneurs "are engaged in extremist activities aimed against the interests of the Russian Federation."
