The deputy head of the Yeltsin Center was fined for reposting an entry titled "No to war!" from the page of the first president of Russia's daughter.

The Verkh-Isetsky District Court of Yekaterinburg has issued a ruling imposing a fine of 45 thousand rubles on Lyudmila Telen, First Deputy Executive Director of the Yeltsin Center. The penalty was imposed under the administrative article on discrediting the Armed Forces (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
