In the Trans-Baikal Territory, a 50-year-old woman died at the grave of her son, who was killed during military operations in Ukraine. This was reported by her acquaintance in an interview with Chita.ru.
According to the publication's source, Maxim Sharypov from the city of Balei went to the front after completing his mandatory military service. He was wounded, returned home, and then signed a new contract. In June of this year, the young man was killed in the combat zone. He was 23 years old at the time of his death.
Sharypov's mother deeply grieved the loss of her son and often visited the cemetery. Forty days after the death of the contract soldier, the woman was found lifeless at his grave.
The military commissariat confirmed that on June 23, Maxim Sharypov was killed near the settlement of Otradnoye in the occupied territory of the Donetsk region. At the front, he served as a senior mechanic-driver in a tank battalion.
The funeral of the serviceman's mother will take place on August 26; she will be buried next to her son.
