In Berezniki, Perm Krai, law enforcement conducted a search, resulting in the detention of lawyer and former police officer Artyom Fayzulin, his wife Irina, and activist Yelena Guseva. This information was reported by the regional media outlet "Perm 36.6."

All electronic devices were seized from the Fayzulin family. Later, the lawyer was released without charges. Irina Fayzulina and Yelena Guseva were detained for 48 hours in connection with a criminal case initiated over donations to FBK (Anti-Corruption Foundation), as clarified later by the publication. Both were taken to Perm, where on August 29, a court will determine their pretrial restrictions.

Artyom Fayzulin previously served in the Berezniki police but was dismissed for supporting opposition politician Alexei Navalny. After his dismissal, he began providing legal assistance to activists fighting corruption and the war, collaborating with human rights initiatives such as "OVD-Info." Fayzulin also participated in local elections but did not win. His wife Irina was also actively engaged in civic activities.
