The Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow has fined the company "Yandex" 10,000 rubles for refusing to provide the FSB with round-the-clock remote access to the data of the "Alice" smart home. This information was reported by "Agency" and "Vedomosti."

According to journalists, the protocol for violating the directive of the special services was issued on May 28. The court decision was made on June 10 in the absence of representatives of the platform, but it only gained widespread attention now. "Yandex" refrained from commenting. Court documents indicate that law enforcement agencies demanded that the corporation provide constant remote access to the internet resource yandex.ru/alice/smart-home. Thus, the special services were not granted access to information related to the "Alice" smart home station.
