The Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg has issued a ruling to arrest the poet Glikeriy Ulunov (real name — Kirill Yakovlev) on charges of organizing actions aimed at inducing suicide (Part 2 of Article 110.2 of the Russian Criminal Code). This information was provided by the press service of the city's judicial authorities.

Investigative authorities insisted on placing Ulunov in a pre-trial detention center. According to law enforcement, the poet published a post on the cultural initiative portal "Flags" that, in their view, contained signs of calls to suicide and actions harmful to health.
