The Levoberezhny District Court of the city of Voronezh has issued a ruling imposing a fine of 12 thousand rubles on blogger Elizaveta Babicheva. The basis for the penalty was her statements directed against participants in the military actions in Ukraine, which were classified under Article 20.3.1 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offenses concerning incitement to hatred or enmity.
