Deputy of the "People's Council of the DPR" and head of the "United Russia" faction Valery Skorokhodov has sent an appeal to the Investigative Committee requesting an investigation into complaints from residents of the Donetsk Oblast regarding disruptions in water supply. He announced this during the television program "Politkukhnya," as noted by the Telegram channel "Pryamoye Deystviye Z."
During the broadcast, a video appeal from residents of the region to Vladimir Putin and the Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin was discussed, in which they described the severe difficulties in accessing water. The citizens claimed that the inaction of local government representatives was to blame and demanded their removal from office.
Skorokhodov, in turn, called these claims false and stated that such statements by residents of Donbas are aimed at "destabilizing the situation" in Russia.
