A large religious procession took place in the capital, observed by journalists from the publications Kommersant and Msk1.ru.
The gathering of participants occurred at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior at approximately noon Moscow time. They then proceeded in a column for about six kilometers, reaching the Novodevichy Convent. Patriarch Kirill led the procession. A festive liturgy was held before the start of the march.
