The Vuktyl City Court of the Komi Republic has issued a verdict against local resident Radmila Ryabtseva, ordering her to pay a fine of 150 thousand rubles in a criminal case related to "discrediting the army" (Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Russian Criminal Code).
