Military blogger and former advisor to the governor of Kursk Oblast, Roman Alekhin, is accused of receiving kickbacks during the procurement of humanitarian aid for Russian military personnel. Reports about this have appeared on REN TV, as well as on the Telegram channels Mash and "112," which are considered close to law enforcement agencies.
According to a scheme that Alekhin himself described in a hidden video recording, a certain entrepreneur transfers 200 million rubles to his charitable foundation. The blogger then purchases medicines from this businessman for the needs of the front, amounting to 150 million rubles. Part of the funds is returned to the entrepreneur, while Alekhin receives a kickback of 50 million rubles, all while maintaining his image as a supporter of the military. At the same time, the actual volume of medicines supplied turns out to be less than declared.
