On the evening of September 13, an explosion occurred on the railway section between Maloarkhangelsk and Glazunovka in the southern part of Oryol Oblast. Three National Guard troops were killed: two immediately at the scene, and the third later in a medical facility. This information was confirmed by the heads of Oryol and Kursk Oblasts.
According to available information, the detonation of the explosive device occurred during efforts to neutralize it.
Additionally, this morning in Leningrad Oblast, two cases of trains derailing were recorded. In one incident, 15 tank cars overturned; in the other, the train driver was killed.
Publications such as "RBC-Ukraine" and other Ukrainian media, citing intelligence sources, claim that the explosion in Oryol Oblast and the derailments in Leningrad Oblast were organized by Ukrainian special services.
"These railway lines play a key role in the logistics of supplying occupation forces in the Kharkiv and Sumy directions. The Russian side will face serious disruptions in supplies," a source from "RBC-Ukraine" reported. Media outlets are circulating videos of the train derailments in Leningrad Oblast.
