The Kuban branch of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF) has refused to recognize the results of elections at all levels held in the region on September 12–14. This was reported by the party's press service.

"In our opinion, the official voting data do not reflect the real will of the voters, so we do not consider them legitimate and see them as the result of large-scale falsifications. <...> The electoral system in the region has completely degraded," the KPRF stated.

The party pointed out that in recent years, the practices of multi-day and at-home voting have "excessively expanded," the institution of commission members with advisory voting rights has been abolished, observers' rights have been "restricted," and additional "legal" opportunities for manipulating election results have been created.

"In the Krasnodar Krai, an illegal structure has been formed instead of an electoral system, operating in the interests of maintaining power by a group of officials at various levels—under the auspices of 'United Russia,' its candidates, and satellites," the statement claims.

As reported by 7x7, electoral analyst Ivan Shukshin and KPRF gubernatorial candidate Alexander Safronov had previously written about violations during the elections in the Krasnodar Krai. Party observers were detained by police, and commissions obstructed vote counting and the inspection of seals on ballot boxes. One female KPRF candidate was removed from a polling station for filing complaints, while another was barred by unknown individuals. Additionally, deceased individuals were included in the lists for at-home voting in Krasnodar.
