In Arkhangelsk, a former student of the College of Construction and Economics, previously expelled from the educational institution, entered its premises with a knife and attacked teachers and students. The incident was confirmed by the Investigative Committee.

According to official information, two female employees of the college were injured as a result of the incident and were taken to a medical facility. According to the publication Baza, one of the students was also wounded.
