Chechen ombudsman Mansur Soltaev blamed crisis centers providing assistance to girls from the Caucasus for the death of Aishat Baimuradova, who had previously fled to Armenia, as well as for the disappearance of Seda Suleymanova in Chechnya. He published the corresponding statement in his Telegram channel.
