Vice Prime Minister of the Russian government Tatyana Golikova announced the creation of a special registry in the country to record pregnant women.

Starting from March 2026, a unified federal registry containing information about pregnant women will begin operating in Russia. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova during the first meeting of the Council on the Implementation of Demographic and Family Policy.
