In the Sverdlovsk region, representatives of the Federal Penitentiary Service visited individuals serving sentences at their place of residence and began persuading them to sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense.

In the Beloyarsky District and the city of Zarechny in Sverdlovsk Oblast, representatives of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN), together with the military commissariat, organized outreach visits to local residents with criminal records. During these events, they offered citizens to sign a contract for service with the Ministry of Defense. Information about the campaign was disseminated by the press service of the regional FSIN office, which was noted by the editorial board of "Novaya-Europe."
