Russia's budget has once again faced a deficit, occurring against the backdrop of the most significant drop in Russian oil prices this year.

In October, Russia's federal budget once again ended up in deficit—expenditures exceeded revenues by 400 billion rubles. Over ten months, the cumulative deficit reached 4.2 trillion rubles, accounting for 1.9% of GDP. These figures were released by the Ministry of Finance, as reported by the publication "Kommersant."
