The State Duma adopted a legislative act providing for the confiscation of property deemed ownerless in the territories of Ukraine under occupation.

The State Duma adopted in the first reading a bill providing for the possibility of transferring residential premises located in the occupied territories of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions to state ownership, provided they are recognized as "ownerless" by the Russian authorities.
