The alleged episodes are classified under paragraphs "a" and "d" of Part 2 of Article 242.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (2 cases), as well as paragraphs "b" and "c" of Part 2 of Article 242.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
