The Dobrinsky District Court of the Lipetsk Region imposed a fine of one thousand rubles on local resident Alexander Karasev. The basis for this was a violation of the article on public demonstration of the symbols of the "International Satanist Movement" — an organization that does not exist in reality but is officially recognized as extremist in Russia.
