The Russian State Library has established a so-called "special collection of Russophobic publications," where books seized from territories of Ukraine under the control of Russian troops are placed.

The Russian State Library (RSL) has organized a special repository for Ukrainian publications that were removed from territories under the control of Russian troops. As reported to Vedomosti by RSL Director General Vadim Duda, this collection has been named the "special repository of Ukrainian Russophobic books."
