Russian law enforcement agencies and lawyers are working on establishing a judicial mechanism similar to the "Nuremberg Tribunal." The concept is that Ukrainian military personnel should stand as the accused in such a trial. This information was announced by Sergey Stepashin, who previously served as Prime Minister of Russia and currently heads the country's Association of Lawyers.
