Russian citizens who have received electronic summonses can still leave the country. This is because a full-fledged mechanism for exchanging information about individuals who should be restricted from traveling abroad has not yet been established between military commissariats and the FSB. These conclusions are contained in a journalistic investigation by the publication "Important Stories," dedicated to the hacking of systems belonging to the key developer of the Unified Military Registration Register (UMRR) — the company "Micord."
