"Schemes" report that one of the surgeons at a hospital in Donetsk branded the abdomen of a Ukrainian prisoner of war with a mark reading "Glory to Russia."

A brand with the inscription "Glory to Russia" was applied to the abdomen of Ukrainian prisoner of war Andriy Pereverzev. As established by the "Schemes" project, part of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, this action occurred during a medical operation. The operation was performed at the largest medical facility in Donbas—the "Donetsk Clinical Territorial Medical Association" (DOKTMO).
