A 17-year-old St. Petersburg schoolgirl, Eva Bagrova, who received a four-year prison sentence on charges of publicly "justifying terrorism" (Part 1, Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) and "facilitating terrorist activities" (Part 1, Article 205.1 of the Criminal Code), has reported pressure from the investigation. According to her, investigators exerted pressure on her and threatened the use of torture.
Eva Bagrova, convicted for posting photos of RDK fighters on a school bulletin board, reported receiving threats of torture against her.
