The Kurchatovsky District Court of Chelyabinsk sentenced a 23-year-old transgender girl, Yulia (name changed), to four years of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony. The criminal case against her was initiated back in 2021. The basis was her online publications: according to the investigation, the posted poetic texts contained calls for suicide, and there was also the sale of intimate photographs. This was reported by human rights activist Vladimir, who is well-informed about the details of Yulia's case.
