The Ulyanovsk College of Culture and Arts has published in open access an appendix to the contract for students, which is actively promoted in Russian higher education institutions. The document states that students who sign it may be assigned to infantry units instead of drone-related troops if they fail to meet the relevant selection requirements—with the assessment itself to be conducted only after the contract is signed.
