On April 1, OTS, a TV channel owned by the government of the Novosibirsk region, aired a video in which “farmers” thanked the authorities for the seizure of livestock and said everything had been done legally, Sibirsky Express noted.
According to the report, residents of the villages of Kozikhi, Novoklyuchi, Chernokurya, and Gnedukhino appeared on camera — the very places where opposition to the livestock seizure had lasted the longest. The video includes the following statements: “Изъятие скота происходило со всеми нормами”, “Утром акты сдали, вечером на счет деньги поступили”, “Помощь была оказана вовремя”, “Мы восстановим свое поголовье”.
None of the farmers were identified by name in the captions. Journalists from 7x7 managed to identify one of the women: Aziza Sadykova, who as of February 2026 was serving as acting head of the Chernokurya territorial subdivision. Z-blogger Sergey Kolyasnikov said that an accountant and a maintenance worker from the administration also took part in filming the video.
Farmer Svetlana Panina said that the statements were recorded by two small farmers from Novoklyuchi who do not depend on farm income. According to her, one of the women works as a teacher, while the man owned only two rams.
“Это не просто медийное дно. Это показатель того, что жертв насилия заставляют благодарить своего насильника. Скоро заставят нас снимать видео с благодарностью за блокировку Телеграм и отключение связи, непомерные налоги, утильсбор, ввоз мигрантов и выдачу им квартир”, wrote Z-propagandist Anastasia Kashevarova.
