On the night of April 11, Russia attacked a residential area in Odesa, killing two people. The regional military administration reported this.
Two more people were injured and hospitalized. Civilian infrastructure was damaged, including dozens of private houses and apartment buildings, a dormitory, and a kindergarten.
In Sumy, 14 people were injured after two Russian strikes on residential buildings, including a 14-year-old boy. An 87-year-old woman was also hospitalized. Most of the injured were elderly people. In total, 11 apartment buildings, a kindergarten, and about 10 cars were damaged.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, Russia attacked Ukraine with 160 drones overnight, 133 of which were shot down or suppressed.
The strike came shortly before the start of a 32-hour truce announced by Vladimir Putin on the occasion of Orthodox Easter. It is due to take effect today at 16:00 Moscow time and last until the end of April 12.
