The Leninsk-Kuznetsky City Court in the Kemerovo region registered an administrative case against local resident Pavel Gusarov under the article covering the search for extremist materials. The case card was first noted by Ostorozhno, Novosti.
The materials were registered on June 16. Later that same day, the case was transferred for jurisdictional review, although the card does not specify which court received it. It remains unknown what exactly prompted the authorities to bring the administrative charge against Gusarov.
According to the report, on May 19 Rosfinmonitoring added a person with the same full name as the defendant in the administrative case to its list of “extremists and terrorists.” The entry says that Gusarov was born in 2008 in the village of Konevo in the Belovsky district of the Kemerovo region.
A star mark next to his name indicates prosecution under one of the articles classified as “terrorism”-related. The reason for the criminal case has not been disclosed.
Ostorozhno, Novosti reported that Gusarov had posted memes on social media about Vladislav Pozdnyakov, the founder of “Male State,” as well as posts about school attacks, including the killing of a fourth-grade student in Odintsovo. The outlet notes that the child who died was born in Uzbekistan, while the teenager who attacked him was, according to that report, a supporter of the far right.
Criminal cases linked to posts about school shootings and attacks have been opened in the Kemerovo region before. In early February, a 15-year-old resident of Prokopyevsk was accused of involvement with “Columbine,” which is designated a terrorist organization in Russia. At that time, investigators said that in 2024 the girl had studied online materials about the banned movement and then created a public messaging channel where, according to the security services, she actively supported its ideology and published images with destructive content.
