A fire broke out at the Voronezh Semiconductor Devices Plant-Assembly in Voronezh after a series of explosions. The outlets Astra and IStories reported this after verifying photos and videos from the scene.
At about 12:00 Moscow time, residents heard explosions, after which thick smoke rose over the city. Footage from the area was published by Astra as well as the Ukrainian monitoring projects Exilenova+ and Supernova+.
Voronezh region governor Aleksandr Gusev confirmed the attack. He said three people were injured. Facades and windows of residential buildings, several cars, and one city enterprise were also damaged, though he did not name the facility.

According to Astra and IStories, the target was the Voronezh Semiconductor Devices Plant-Assembly. The enterprise is included on the US sanctions list.
The reports say the plant develops integrated circuits and power modules for Russian missiles, including the Kh-101 and Iskander, as well as components for combat vehicles used in Russian air defense systems.
What was reportedly used in the strike
A missile alert was declared in the city during the attack. Ukrainian OSINT channels said the strike was carried out with missiles. Russian monitoring channels claimed that three Storm Shadow missiles were shot down over Voronezh. Pro-war correspondent Yury Kotenok also said the strike had been carried out with those missiles.
