Russia’s Interior Ministry has added journalist and YouTube channel Razvorot host Darya Litvishko to its wanted database. Mediazona drew attention to the entry in the ministry’s records.
The report says the database card does not specify which criminal article Litvishko is being sought under.
It is known that on July 11, 2025, the Justice Ministry placed the journalist on its register of “foreign agents.” Mediazona also reports that it found three rulings on the website of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Samara imposing fines in administrative cases over failure to comply with the duties assigned to a “foreign agent.”
The first ruling was issued in November 2025, when Litvishko was fined 30,000 rubles. Two more rulings followed in January and February 2026, each carrying a fine of 40,000 rubles.
As the outlet notes, a criminal case for evading the duties of a “foreign agent” can be opened after the first administrative ruling enters into force.
Until March 2, 2022, Darya Litvishko co-hosted a morning show on Echo of Moscow in Samara with journalist Anton Rubin. Mediazona says Rubin is now her co-host on the Razvorot channel.
Similar measures had previously been taken against Rubin as well. In January 2025, the Justice Ministry added him to the list of “foreign agents,” and in March 2026 the Interior Ministry placed him on the wanted list. A criminal case has also been opened against him over alleged “military fakes.”
