Russia and Ukraine carried out another exchange of the bodies of fallen servicemen. This was reported to RBC by Shamsail Saraliyev, a State Duma deputy and representative of the parliamentary coordination group on issues related to the “special military operation.”
According to Saraliyev, the Russian side transferred 501 bodies to Ukraine and received 31 bodies in return.
At the time of publication, the Ukrainian side had not officially confirmed the exchange.
The previous such exchange, the report says, took place on June 18. On that occasion, according to the Russian side, Moscow handed Kyiv 522 bodies, while Ukraine returned 33 bodies.
