Yachts belonging to six Russian billionaires have gathered near the Turkish resort of Bodrum, according to Verstka. Earlier, the Victoria yacht, which journalists link to Vladimir Putin, also arrived in the same area.
The outlet says vessels belonging to Roman Abramovich, Oleg Deripaska, VTB chief Andrey Kostin, and Lukoil founder Vagit Alekperov are currently located off Turkey’s southern and southwestern coast. Nearby are also yachts owned by Alexander Nesis, founder of Polymetal, and Iskander Makhmudov, co-founder and president of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company.
According to the report, journalists first identified the 71-meter Victoria in November 2023. It was said at the time to be registered to one of the companies tied to Putin’s close associate Gennady Timchenko. The investigators also alleged that the yacht is used by the Russian president and people from his inner circle.
Verstka writes that Victoria is permanently based in Sochi. In late June 2026, it departed from the coast of Krasnodar Krai and headed toward Bodrum.
Shortly before that, another yacht linked to Putin — Graceful, renamed Kosatka after the start of the war — was spotted off the coast of Denmark. It is now reportedly in the port of Severomorsk, near Murmansk.
Earlier, the Dossier Center reported two more yachts linked to Putin: Victoria and Orion. In total, journalists have attributed nine yachts to the Russian president; the most expensive of them was seized in Italy.
