At least three people killed and dozens injured in Russian strikes across regions of Ukraine

On the night of July 19, at least three people were killed and dozens more were injured in Russian strikes on several regions of Ukraine.

In Kyiv, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, one person was killed and 16 others were injured. Five districts of the capital came under attack: Solomianskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Dniprovskyi and Desnianskyi. Residential and non-residential buildings, as well as cars, caught fire there. The vestibule of the Lukianivska metro station was also damaged.

In the Bucha district, two more people were injured after a fire broke out at an unnamed logistics facility. In the Zaporizhzhia region, a passenger train conductor was wounded in a drone attack.

In Sumy, a man was killed after a Russian airstrike. Authorities said three more people were injured.

In the Bilozerka rural community of the Kherson region, an elderly woman was killed in a Russian airstrike and four others were injured. In Kherson itself, a man was wounded in an attack by Russian drones.

In Izium in the Kharkiv region, a drone struck a five-story residential building, injuring 17 people. Another 13 people were reportedly wounded in an unnamed suburb of Kharkiv during Russian shelling.
