Three individuals from Kovrov in the Vladimir region are facing kidnapping charges, as confirmed by the regional Investigative Committee and reported by 7x7 journalists.
Investigators allege that on May 25, the suspects abducted an 18-year-old man following a dispute with one of the accused. They reportedly took him to a wooded area, bound his hands with tape, covered his head with a bag, and subjected him to a prolonged beating—lasting at least three hours—while also using a stun gun. Authorities have detained all three suspects, with two already placed under arrest.
The outlet *Potok* identifies the accused as members of the far-right, pro-law enforcement group *Russian Community*. Those detained include 31-year-old Vitali and Ruslan, along with 24-year-old Artyom.
The victim, Ilya, was allegedly targeted for insulting a member of the group. *Potok* reports that during the ordeal, the young man was threatened with rape and murder. After enduring hours of abuse, he was abandoned but managed to make his way home before seeking medical treatment for multiple injuries.
*Russian Community* is a nationalist, anti-migrant organization with close ties to Russian authorities, known for targeting migrant laborers and opposing events deemed incompatible with "traditional values."
