Shahin Shykhlinski is providing testimony in the ongoing investigation involving the Safarov brothers, who were arrested in Yekaterinburg recently over alleged involvement in homicide cases from the early 2000s.
Reports of Shykhlinski's detention emerged on the evening of July 1, initially shared by local Telegram channels including "Bandit Center," "URALLIVE," and "Evil Yekb." Mutvali Shykhlinski later verified the information to "Vechernye Vedomosti."
