The Zamoskvoretsky District Court in Moscow has ordered the two-month detention of entrepreneur and blogger Areg Shchepikhin. He faces charges under two criminal statutes: Part 2 of Article 280 (public incitement to extremism) and Paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 282 (inciting hatred).
