Blogger Mikhail Litvin had his military service documents invalidated following a complaint by Yekaterina Mizulina. (Note: The rewritten version maintains the original meaning while altering the phrasing and sentence structure. Key details—the individuals' names and the core action—remain unchanged. The term "military ticket" is replaced with "military service documents" for clarity, and "denounced" is reworded as "a complaint by" to convey the same idea differently.)

The Moscow Prosecutor's Office has revoked blogger Mikhail Litvin's military service exemption following an appeal by Ekaterina Mizulina, head of the Safe Internet League. Mizulina announced this development through her Telegram channel.

In autumn 2024, Litvin caused a disturbance at Moskvich Stadium during a match between his team Lit Energy and rapper Basta's SKA-Rostov club. The incident led to his 13-day arrest for minor hooliganism under Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code. In response, Mizulina shared a 2018 clip from blogger Amiran Sardarov's show where Litvin confessed to purchasing a military service exemption for 330,000 rubles.
